Once the order is confirmed by Candidate we send him a resume agreement form along with resume questionnaire, a comprehensive questionnaire that is designed to extract information in a systematic way so that jobseekers will not miss giving us any important information

Candidate returns resume questionnaire. We will review questionnaire and get back to candidate with questions, if any, to complete the information gathering process.

After the information gathering is completed, first draft of the resume will be developed within 5-6 business days and will be send to client

Usually the first draft is always spot¬on and doesn’t require too many changes, but we do appreciate candidate’s feedback and we endeavour to accommodate feedback in the resume although we consult with Candidate about any feedback/changes that we may find inappropriate and irrelevant to avoid putting on the resume.

The changes/updates are accommodated and finally resume is delivered to client through email and copy of the same would be delivered to through the Courier As well.

We then send out Candidate feedback form as a part of the quality assurance process and increase client satisfaction

Any changes/updates in final resume will be done within first 30 days only. All the updates/changes after 30 days will be done at a cost.

Skill Writer Resume will raise an invoice to you at the beginning of the contract, single professional resume / cover letter development for an individual client, for the cost agreed on. Candidate will Pay 50% advance to us and rest will be due just before the final resume delivery. In this industry you will find that Candidate are ready to pay 100% in advance.
